What does this mean?

LinkedIn calculates your people search usage based on your overall activity on LinkedIn from the first of every calendar month. If you are visiting people who are not your 1st-degree connections, it alerts LinkedIn that you are using it for recruitment or lead generation purposes.

After you hit your commercial use limit, you can only view the first three profiles in your search, the rest will be blurred out and not accessible.

What count toward your commercial use limit?

1. When you search for LinkedIn profiles (your 2nd and 3d-degree connections) using filters and keywords
2. It also applies when you are searching for employees of a specific company
3. When you view profiles “People Also Viewed” on the right side of the page.

What does not count toward your limit?

1. When you search and visit your 1st-degree connections from your connections page.
2. When you are looking for a specific person and type their name in the search.
3. Search for a job on the “Jobs” page.
   

   So that, the auto-snatch feature was launch to help you save search results forever.

In the case, auto-connect tool suddenly stops

First, please check the extension by clicking the Linked Booster icon on the taskbar.

If the extension freeze, follow this link to fix it ( https://linkedbooster.app/ufaqs/the-extension-freezes-and-i-cant-open-popup-or-dashboard/ )

After check the extension, it doesn’t freeze, you can remove the profile which is stuck out of your auto-connect list. Then, you connect all your list again.

If you removed that profile and auto-connect tool still stop. Please contact us and we support you to solve this problem.

#Auto-connect from your search result page#

Step 1:      Open LinkedIn search FOR PEOPLE page

Step 2:       Type your keyword in your search box and use filters of LinkedIn to reach your list of target people that you want to connect with.

Step 3:       Click “Connect to found results”.

(*If “Connect to found results” button did not show up, please reload the results page.)

Skip step 4 and click “Start without Note” if you don’t want to send invitations with messages.

Step 4:      Set invitation message template using {{firstName}}, {{lastName}}, {{fullName}}), {{position}}  and {{company}} variables or select message template from dropdown.

Step 5:       Click “Start”.

Step 6:       To stop the automatic process, please reload or close your tab.

*Notes: Since version v5.0.0 Linked Booster adds a progress bar to inform users about the process of sending requests for convenient monitoring. During the automatic run, you shouldn’t work on the tab to ensure extension operation.

#Auto-connect from your dashboard#

Step 1: +) With a profile: Click the “Action” button next to the link => Choose “connect” 

             +) With many profiles in the list: Click empty boxes beside profiles that you want to connect or click the empty box on top to connect all profiles in that list. Then, you click the Connect action to connect all profiles you chose.  

Step 2: Set invitation message template using {{firstName}}, {{lastName}}, {{fullName}}), {{position}}  and {{company}} variables or select message template from dropdown and click “Start”. Skip this step and click “Start without Note” if you don’t want to send invitations with messages.

Step 4:       

Select “As many as possible” if you want to save as many profiles as possible.

Select “First …  profiles” and enter the number of profiles you want to save to your own list.

Step 5: Fill in the “Add to list (s), separated by commas” tags content you want to automatically add to the profiles group in search results, you can attach multiple tags using commas to separate them between tags. (illustration)

Step 6: Click “Proceed” to start the process automatically.

Step 7: To stop the process of automatically adding profiles to the list, turn off the open tab or reload the page.

You can review the list of saved profiles by visiting the Dashboard page.

LinkedIn only allows you to send messages under 300 characters. So, be careful while creating template messages. If you use special syntax in Linked Booster like {{firstName}}, {{lastName}}, {{company}}, … make sure that when the actual customer information is replaced with the syntax, message content is still within 300 characters.

In order to manage efficiently the account list that you have saved, Linked Booster provides a separate interface page that you can easily open by clicking on the Linked Booster icon (located on the top right corner of the browser) and selecting “Go to Dashboard”.

If you received a warning from LinkedIn or got logged out, there are several ways to prevent this from happening again and secure your account.

What to do?

The first thing you MUST do is give Linked Booster a rest for a couple of days and refrain from connection requests. If your account gets restricted, it is better to contact the LinkedIn support team directly and they will provide you with more information on when the restriction will be lifted. When contacting LinkedIn support we suggest you let them do the talking and not to mention you are using Linked Booster.
